Choose either the 56mm Extended Tip Technology Borg Warner S200 turbo (580 HP rated) or the amazing 62mm 6266 CEA un-divided turbo and our hand-ported heat coated cast manifold, this is the single best value in cast turbo kits on the market.

We hand port the waste gate casting to not only support either the standard included Precision Turbo 46mm gate or the 44mm TiAL MV-R waste gate (at slightly extra cost), but to also make sure there are no boost control issues. Boost control is outstanding and troubling boost creep control is excellent.

What we really love about this kit is it addresses those that want to use a staged approach to going single turbo. This kit can be run on a 100% stock ECU and fuel system to produce 500 wheel horsepower plus on 93 Octane fuel (US Spec 550's) and stock cams.

Down the road, if you upgrade the fuel system and go with one of our EMS systems or even a MAP-ECU 3 piggy-back, you can make nearly 750whp (6266 CEA turbo) on high octane fuel or E85. Great combination of possibilities!

Optionally available at additional cost is the dual ball bearing option for the 6266 62mm turbo for the ultimate torque, spool and transient response possible.

When selecting compressor cover, please note that the BW turbo comes in one cover only, which is an anti-surge cover.

There are two main downpipe options. If you wish to keep your aftermarket stock twins downpipe, opt for the PHR downpipe, which will bolt up. If you need the full normal single turbo 3" downpipe, select that option instead.
