The PHR Stage 4 Single Turbo System is designed to provide great top end power without sacrificing too much spool. It can be coupled with the PHR Stage 3-4 fuel system for the ultimate in power and response. The PHR Stage 4 is capable of 520 RWHP (more if you have the balls but no brains) at 16 psi utilizing the factory fuel system and electronics, or 1050+ RWHP at 35-40 psi using the PHR Stage 3-4 Fuel System upgrade and Standalone ECU (ON 116+ OCTANE GAS). This turbo system offers full boost (18 psi) by 4800 RPM or faster now that the billet option is available and a broad, flat torque curve up to RPM redline. Even faster if you select the Dual Ball Bearing option! The characteristics of this kit make it an ideal kit for cars with the street/strip/highway in mind.

The Stage 4 System includes the original top-quality PHR S45 Turbo Manifold, TiAL Wastegate(s), Stainless steel wastegate dump tube, hand-built mandrel bent Stainless downpipe with V-band connectors, hand-built mandrel bent Stainless midpipe with V-band connectors, exclusive PHR-style "drop-down" 2.5" mandrel bent aluminum intercooler piping, high gloss 3-ply silicone connectors in red, blue, or black, 4" air intake tube, 4" K&N high flow air filter, Precision Turbo's 7675 (7675 GT42 style for Stage 4+) Turbo, 10AN stainless steel braided oil drain line, 4AN Teflon stainless steel oil feed line, stainless steel turbocharger gaskets, stainless steel locking exhaust manifold nuts, stainless steel hose clamps, and all hardware for a worry-free install. As an added bonus, the downpipe includes an oxygen sensor flange for the Toyota unit, as well as an 18mm bung for a wideband sensor.

The PHR exhaust manifold and all exhaust components are offered with Extreme 2000 black heat coated for durability and heat reduction as an option. Since all PHR Stage 1-5 Turbo Systems are "modular" in design, all can be upgraded with minimal changes so no components have to be wasted. Their famous PHR-style "drop-down" design intercooler piping takes a direct route to the front mount intercooler to reduce turbo lag, therefore, their intercooler piping is specific to each brand.
