We are very particular about choosing and listing new products for our global 2JZ customer base, this is especially true with engine components.

TMS has built enough 1000-2400 HP 2JZ motors and has proven the modified factory Toyota oil pump design. Proper oiling is critical in high boosted 2JZ's, especially on track and cars that hit the drag strip. Many of these motors are designed around tolerances which allow the inclusion of higher viscosity oils (20W50 min.), which requires pump volume and maintaining pressure.

TMS has taken a factory new oil pump and performs proven hand modification to the unit, which is then shipped directly to you. There are no custom pieces or parts needed to make it work with your stock or built 2JZ engine, just install it.

Titan begins with an brand new OEM Toyota Oil pump and performs a complete disassembly and inspection prior to upgrade. The factory tolerances are verified and any imperfections are deburred for precise fitment.

The pressure and feed sides both receive extensive porting to improve increased flow and to prevent cavitation. When completed with the modification the pump is pressure cleaned before being reassembled to factory specifications and painted black for improved aesthetics.

No core exchange is needed for this process as all pumps start with a brand new unit that is factored into the price.
